TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Above rates are per room / unit per day and double occupancy.
  • Rates are in THB and the NET is inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
  • All rates include YaiYa breakfast for 2 person per room per night.
  • Children under 12 years can share paid room with parents utilizing existing facilities without charge (max 2 child per room).
  • A surcharge of THB 1,200 per night incl. breakfast will be charged on additional person 12 years onwards.
  • Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00
  • Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY / IMPORTANT RESERVATION NOTES
  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation is confirmed.
  • Confirmation will be sent you after your full payment has been received. Please print out and show it with valid passport or ID card upon check-in at the hotel
  • Notification of cancellations/amendments can be accepted via fax or e-mail to booking@yaiyaresort.com only but they will not be guaranteed.
  • Notification received within:
    • Summer Season: 1 night charge if cancelled longer than 7 days, 100% charged if cancelled less than 7 days.
    • High Season: 50% charge if cancelled longer than 14 days, 100% charged if cancelled less than 14 days.
    • In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the rights to charge a fee equal to No Show Policy.
